The number of units per box is displayed next to the product photo and prices per box are based on your order quantity.
To quickly calculate your order value, simply add the number of boxes required to your cart and the order subtotal will be displayed excluding UK VAT and Shipping.
All orders over £150 qualify for free delivery within the UK. If your order subtotal is under £150 a delivery fee of £5.95 will be added at checkout.
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added at checkout.
All online transactions paid for by credit or debit card are processed via Stripe which is a secure payment platform. Horsleys International Limited do not hold any credit card details. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

Yes, we will email a PDF copy of your full VAT receipt once your purchase has been processed by a member of our team.
Please contact us if you wish to place an order from outside of the UK and we can confirm delivery costs and transit times via a courier service such as FedEx, DHL UPS etc. Fees will depend on the size of the shipment and delivery address.
All orders placed before 13.30 Monday to Friday are process for next working day dispatch unless goods are on Back Order. For any goods on Back Order, we will contact you and advise of the expected date of dispatch.
Delivery is via a next working day courier service and tracking details will be emailed so you can track the progress of the shipment and provide additional instructions directly to the courier, or arrange re-delivery if needed.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day your goods arrive, however due to the nature of some goods, returns can only be accepted if the product has not been opened and all seals remain completely intact. Approval and returns authorisation must be obtained from Horsleys International Ltd before the Goods can be returned. Unauthorised Goods will not be accepted. Nonstock items ordered specifically to a customer’s requirements will only be accepted for credit if the Goods do not conform.
Once an order has been received it is processed promptly to ensure your order is picked, packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible. This does mean that amending orders can sometimes be difficult once your order has been placed, as it may have already been picked from our warehouse. We endeavour to accommodate change requests; however, we cannot guarantee that an order can be amended once it has been placed.
